Event reminder, address correction, press release on photo-retouching poll
Greetings Media Action supporters,
This is a quick note to remind you about our March 5th event: Beauty (Mis)represented: What's The Matter With Airbrushing Advertisements?, and to correct a mistake on the previous notice: the address for OISE is 252 Bloor. St. W. (at St. George subway station).
Event details are pasted below.
Media Action has just released the results of a national poll, conducted last fall, that asked a range of Canadians how they feel about photo-retouching and advertising, particularly when it comes to advertising beauty products. You can read the results of our poll here, on the campaigns section of our website.
We hope to see you tomorrow!
